We welcome downtown community groups, employers, and children’s educational and extracurricular organizations to experience Broad Street Ballroom.
The Broad Street Ballroom is a longstanding part of the community since Lower Manhattan’s rebirth. Since 2005, the building has been home to Léman Manhattan Preparatory School, which uses the Ballroom as a community space for artistic performances and school celebrations. A building rooted in as much rich history as ours is an ideal learning environment. Every detail presents a tremendous learning opportunity.
The Ballroom is a lovely resource for all Downtown activity. We welcome and invite children-oriented organizations to co-host their events with us.
Adjoining the Broad Street Ballroom is 41 Broad Street, which houses additional spaces available for rent, including a state-of-the-art 5,000-square-foot gymnasium, a 25-meter pool, a 540-square-foot conference room, and classrooms that double as breakout rooms. A second gymnasium, equal in size and amenities, is located nearby at 1 Morris Street.
Our two gymnasiums are ideal venues for a wide range of educational and athletic events. Both are full basketball courts with 30-foot ceilings. The abundance of windows provide a lovely, naturally lit setting for both daytime and evening.
Our two 25-meter swimming pools at 41 Broad Street and 1 Morris Street are readily available for private use. Ours is a premier location for private swimming lessons, aquatic sports training, and even educational events for those looking for a splash of originality in their event space.
Every step of the way, Broad Street Ballroom helps execute clients’ visions, from event planning to production and management. With our assistance, Downtown Manhattan clients can focus on informing, entertaining, training, motivating, and honoring their audiences.
