Being housed in a beautiful new school, the Downtown Auditorium has access to over 50 classrooms, studios and laboratories spread out over four floors at 41 Broad Street. The rooms range in size from 400-700 square feet, and our unique floor designs create a large (approximately 1,000 square-foot) common space on each floor. All of these spaces are available and ideal for breakout sessions for large seminars or conferences, as well as activities ranging from review courses to film shoots, and everything in between.
